Is this a training course?
No. It is a plan, a handbook and a set of trackers. It tells you what to do each day and explains the why from published guidance. It does not replace a trainer or a veterinarian for a dog with real problems, and it says so.

My dog is an adult but not from a shelter. Which edition?
Rescue Dog. The 3-3-3 structure is about a dog arriving in a new home, wherever he came from.
Will it work for my breed?
The plan is the same for a Chihuahua and a Great Dane; the crate size, the walk length and the spay timing are not. Where a number depends on the dog, the book says so and tells you what to ask your vet.
