60-Day Guarantee

Try the Scratchwell Angle Board with your dog for 60 days. If your dog won't take to it, or the product isn't what you expected, email hello@scratchwell.com and we'll refund you in full.

Before we process it, we'll offer to send our training notes and help you troubleshoot. Most of the time a dog who ignores the board is a treat-value problem, not a dog problem — a better treat in the drawer usually fixes it. But if you'd rather just have your money back, say so and we'll do it. No pressure, no hoops.

How to request a refund

  1. Email hello@scratchwell.com with your order number.
  2. Tell us briefly what went wrong.
  3. We reply within 1 business day.

Do I have to send it back?

In most cases, no. Return shipping on an item this size often costs more than the item itself, and we'd rather not make you pay for a box and a trip to the post office. For most refunds we simply issue the money back and let you keep, donate, or pass along the board.

We reserve the right to request a return in cases of suspected abuse of this policy.

Damaged or wrong item

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or is the wrong item, email us within 30 days of delivery with a photo. We'll send a replacement at no cost, or refund you — your choice. You don't need to return the damaged item.

Cancelling an order

Orders can be cancelled for a full refund any time before they ship. Once tracking is issued we can't stop the package, but the 60-day guarantee still applies once it arrives.

Refund timing

Approved refunds go back to your original payment method within 2 business days. Depending on your bank it can take another 5–10 business days to appear on your statement.

Exclusions

Replacement sandpaper sheets that have been removed from their packaging and applied to a board can't be refunded, for hygiene and adhesive reasons. Unopened packs are covered by the full 60-day guarantee.
