Where we ship

We currently ship to addresses within the United States.

How long it takes

Processing: 1–3 business days.
Delivery: 7–14 business days after your order ships.

Most orders land closer to the 7–10 day end of that window. We quote 14 because some don't, and we'd rather set the expectation honestly than promise you two days and let you down.

Our products ship directly from our manufacturing partner. That's how an $80–$100 product costs $59.99 here — there's no warehouse markup in the middle. The tradeoff is that it doesn't arrive tomorrow.

Shipping cost

Free shipping on every order. No minimum, no surprises at checkout.

Tracking

You'll get a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number once your order leaves the facility. Tracking can take 3–5 days to start showing scans after it's issued — that's normal and doesn't mean anything is wrong.

If it doesn't arrive

If it's been more than 30 calendar days from your shipping confirmation and your order hasn't arrived, email hello@scratchwell.com. We'll resend it or refund you in full — your choice. You don't have to argue with us about it.

Wrong address

Double-check your address at checkout. If you catch a mistake, email us within 12 hours and we'll fix it before the order ships. Once it's shipped to a wrong address we can't reroute it, though we'll do what we can to help.
