• Your dog won't use the board. Email us. We have training notes that solve this most of the time, and we'd rather help you get there than take your money and disappear.
• Where's my order? Send your order number and we'll pull up tracking.
• Something arrived damaged. Send a photo and we'll replace it or refund you — no return needed.
• You want a refund. Just say so. See our 60-day guarantee.

Before you email about shipping

Our delivery window is 7–14 business days after your order ships, and tracking often doesn't show a scan for the first 3–5 days. If you're inside that window, it's almost certainly fine. If you're outside it, definitely write to us.
