By using this site or placing an order you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

Products

We try to describe and photograph products accurately. Colours vary between screens, and manufacturer measurements can differ by 2–3 cm due to manual measurement. Where sizing matters — and on our mobility products it matters a great deal — we publish full measurements and ask you to measure your dog before ordering. If you are unsure, contact us before you buy and we will help you choose.

Not medical advice

Our mobility and enrichment products are aids, not medical devices. Nothing on this site diagnoses, treats, cures, or prevents any condition. If your dog's mobility, appetite, or behaviour is changing, speak with a veterinarian. A support sling makes daily life easier while you and your vet work out the cause — it is not a substitute for that conversation.

Safe use

Supervise your dog when using any of our products. Enrichment toys are not chew toys and should be put away after use. Discontinue use if a product shows wear, and check fit regularly on any item worn on the body.

Pricing and availability

Prices are in US dollars and may change without notice. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors, refuse or cancel any order, and limit quantities. If we cancel an order you have paid for, you receive a full refund.

Orders and payment

Placing an order is an offer to buy. We accept it when we dispatch. You confirm that the payment method you use is yours and that the information you provide is accurate.

Shipping and returns

See our Shipping Policy and Returns & Refunds pages. Those terms form part of this agreement.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim relating to a product is limited to the amount you paid for it. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Nothing here limits liability that cannot legally be limited.

Intellectual property

The text, layout, and original content on this site belong to us. Please do not copy them for commercial use.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States.

Changes

We may update these terms. The version in force is the one published here on the date of your order.
